Over the next five years, the projects arising from IT Excellence will evolve, guided by the following foundational priorities:
- Operational Excellence: Rooted in a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence encompasses peak performance, streamlined processes, and superior service delivery in technology operations. This culture ensures consistent surpassing of user expectations through optimized IT services and systems, elevating efficiency and effectiveness. An example of this commitment is found in the IT Operating Model project, highlighting a strong emphasis on a customer-centric approach.
